Oncology Sales Representative

Pierre Fabre is the second largest dermo-cosmetics laboratory in the world, the second largest private French pharmaceutical group and the market leader in France for products sold over the counter in pharmacies. Its portfolio includes several medical franchises and international brands including Pierre Fabre Oncologie, Pierre Fabre Dermatologie, Eau Thermale Avène, Klorane, Ducray, René Furterer, A-Derma, Naturactive, Pierre Fabre Oral Care.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell assigned oncology products (Breast Cancer or Colorectal Cancer) to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hospitals, and key stakeholders.

Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.

Provide product knowledge, clinical data, and support to healthcare providers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing, medical teams, and other cross-functional partners to execute sales strategies and promotional activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience; oncology product sales experience is highly preferred.

Well knowledge of cancer treatment products and the oncology market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently, and willing to collaborate with team members.
