- Selling into mid-market and enterprise-level accounts, leading the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close
- Building relationships with executives at all levels and in all industries
- Creating detailed business plans to attain predetermined goals and quotas
- Consulting with prospects and existing customers on business objectives and requirements, building long-lasting partnerships
- Providing professional after-sales support with the Customer Success team to maximize customer loyalty

- Fluent in both English and German with a Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Experienced in sales roles within the SaaS B2B industry, particularly in the Financial or Work for Planning Industry
- Skilled in building relationships with executives, closing deals, and aligning key stakeholders
- Able to consult with prospects and customers on business objectives and requirements, creating long-lasting partnerships
- Resourceful problem-solver with a track record of creating revenue impact and deep relationships
