✨ About The Role

- Selling into mid-market and enterprise-level accounts with a focus on building relationships and leading the full sales cycle - Creating detailed business plans to attain predetermined goals and quotas - Consulting with prospects and existing customers regarding business objectives and requirements - Providing professional after-sales support with the Customer Success Management team to maximize customer loyalty - Negotiating agreements and keeping records of sales and data in Salesforce

⚡ Requirements

- Fluent in both English and German with a Master's degree or equivalent experience - Experienced in a similar sales role in SaaS B2B products, particularly in the Financial or Work for Planning Industry - Skilled in building relationships with executives, closing deals, and aligning key stakeholders - Able to consult with prospects and existing customers to build long-lasting partnerships - Resourceful problem-solver with a deep track record of creating significant revenue impact and relationships for the organization
