✨ About The Role
- Oversee a team of Account Executives in quota-carrying roles in AMER and EMEA regions to drive bookings target and enhance partner relationships
- Responsible for coaching and developing a team of AEs to build "gold standard" sales professionals capable of running midmarket opportunities
- Focus on generating outbound pipeline, coaching, and driving ARR bookings while ensuring high customer success rates
- Collaborate closely with consulting partners to successfully execute deals and deliver superior customer outcomes
- Drive a co-sell motion with partners to provide technical sales support for opportunities
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise software channel and/or alliances, with B2B SaaS products selling to the office of the CFO, preferably with experience selling EPM/CPM/planning products
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales management with at least 3 years of experience
- Deep experience working closely with partners in a resell, channel sales, and/or partner-centric direct sales motion
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
- Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively position against competitors
