✨ About The Role
- Responsible for driving customer acquisition across Northern Europe, collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing sales strategies with an outbound emphasis
- Partner with regional and global sales leadership to implement effective sales strategies across Europe
- Manage and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to meet and exceed sales goals, providing mentorship and training
- Drive ownership for individual performance, define and manage sales objectives, and measure and manage the sales pipeline
- Foster a positive team culture of collaboration, learning, and trust, working closely with internal teams to ensure Pigment is well-positioned to win and support accounts

- Experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with a background in SaaS, specifically in managing long deal cycles and high contract values
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing sales team
- Proven track record of creating significant revenue impact and building deep relationships within large organizations
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive internal and external stakeholders through complex sales cycles
- Multilingual individual with proficiency in English and German, able to lead from the front in a high-potential market segment
