Sales Development Representative (Contractor)

Malaysia

Marketing - Central Enabling Group / Full-time / Hybrid

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and generating new qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. The SDR will play a key role in driving pipeline growth and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads within the target market.
  • Execute outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on established criteria.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Manage and track leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa, Malaysian, and Mandarin.

Salary Range: RM 10,000 - 13,000 per month
