Pinstripes operates 18 locations across nine states, including Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, Maryland, Washington, D.C. Texas, Florida, and California. COMING SOON: Coral Gables, Jacksonville, Bellevue, and Seattle.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for private events, corporate functions, and special occasions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Conduct outreach, networking, and prospecting to drive new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Master and effectively sell all event and catering packages and options.
- Utilize marketing tools and promotions to generate leads and close deals.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and community connections.
- Maintain a guest-centered focus, fostering positive interactions and addressing concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in hospitality, events, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Tripleseat is a plus.
