âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business development, partner recruitment, or similar roles. - Experience in the SaaS industry is considered a plus, indicating familiarity with software solutions. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective outreach and engagement with potential partners. - The candidate should have a proven ability to conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate and qualify leads. - A detail-oriented approach is necessary to ensure high quality in all aspects of partner interactions. - The successful individual will possess excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Collaboration skills are important to work effectively with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and the channel team. - Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages like Spanish, French, or German is a plus.
