- The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving bookings from local and national corporate customers for Placemakr properties.
- The role involves strategic planning and execution of a local strategic plan to increase group and corporate business.
- The candidate will need to meet or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as revenue and ADR.
- The position requires conducting property tours for key decision-makers to convert leads into revenue.
- The Senior Sales Manager will maintain a sales pipeline that is at least three times the annual direct revenue goals.

- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of sales experience within the hospitality sector, particularly in corporate housing or extended stay hotel markets.
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool is essential, with familiarity in Hubspot and ZoomInfo being a strong advantage.
- The candidate should be proactive in generating leads through various methods, including phone outreach and networking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
