Responsibilities

You will receive ownership and acquire new customers for PlanD by establishing personal first contact and applying learned sales strategies.

With your proactive nature and empathy, you will address the needs of our customers, conduct product demonstrations, and advise them on our latest features.

You will research the market to identify potential new customers.

You will convince companies of PlanD in online demos, manage leads, and accompany the sales process from first contact to completion.

You will share your ideas to optimize internal processes and conversion rates.

Qualification

You like to communicate and you enjoy interacting with different personalities.

You are motivated to work five days a week from our office in the beautiful Berlin-Charlottenburg.

You have fluent German skills and basic English skills.

You ideally have experience in direct interaction with customers, preferably in the B2B or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sector (e.g., sales, customer service, human resources).
