- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the go-to-market strategy for the UK & Emerging markets
- Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness by implementing best practices and optimizing processes
- Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape through data analysis
- Define and track key performance indicators to evaluate GTM performance and provide regular reporting and insights
- Build, develop, and manage a high-performing team of GTM operations and analytics professionals

- Extensive experience leading teams in GTM operations, analytics, or a related role within a SaaS company, preferably in the technology or finance industry
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies and initiatives
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, with a track record of leveraging analytics to drive business outcomes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the UK market and an understanding of SaaS business models is highly desirable
