Sales Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Specialist ready to elevate their sales career in the dynamic and rapidly growing Construction Cloud Technology space. In this role, you will represent Autodesk Construction Solutions within your assigned territory, helping revolutionize an industry that has historically lagged in adopting technology. With a regional approach to selling into the construction sector, you will be a key resource and expert in your territory, driving new business and expanding our existing account base in a high-growth environment. Autodesk Construction Solutions combines the innovation of a SaaS startup culture with the financial stability of an established software company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, focusing on meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Drive new business by creatively expanding existing accounts and managing renewals in key accounts
  • Take ownership of your geographic territory and develop a business plan to position Autodesk as the leading construction technology vendor
  • Build and nurture key relationships within accounts, including with executives, to understand customer challenges and translate them into value-driven solutions
  • Articulate the value of Autodesk's cloud-based platform to potential customers
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and customer needs to strategically position Autodesk's solutions
  • Collaborate with technical and customer success teams to deliver impactful proposals for new and existing customers
  • Partner with the business development team to generate high-quality inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns
  • Provide accurate, ongoing forecasts of business performance
  • Collaborate with channel partners to drive revenue growth, enhance adoption programs, and strengthen relationships
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying win-win solutions
  • Share customer feedback regularly with product, industry, and strategic marketing teams to identify areas of strength and improvement
  • Support the development of customer success stories to serve as references

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or high-growth industries
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a hunger to learn
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience in SaaS sales is desirable
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
