Inside Sales Assistant

Join us as an Inside Sales Assistant and become a key part of our Dutch Sales team's success. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries about orders, shipments, and deliveries. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a vital link in the sales administration process, managing pre-sales and after-sales support in a dynamic, international environment.

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Country Sales Director.

Essential Responsibilities

• Minimize turnaround time for orders and projects, handle complaints, and provide administrative support to sales staff.
• Update our CRM (Salesforce) with technical and commercial information.
• Work closely with internal and external departments to meet deadlines.
• Act as a backup for colleagues in the team for customer queries.
• Process sales leads and ensure they are directed to the appropriate staff member.
• Follow up on outstanding orders, quotes, and administrative obligations.
• Handle incoming calls, convey messages, and answer routine product questions.

Experience

• Required experience
  
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in customer service or sales support.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in database management and word processing.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (company language).
  • Strong knowledge of Google, MS Office, and automated data processing.
