Consultant, Sales and Service (National Sales Center- Cirque DU Soleil)

Playfly Sports is looking for a Consultant, Sales and Service to join our team in Cirque Du Soleil.

The associate role should be passionate about and committed to preserving a culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees. This role would be a fit for those with a desire to start and grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics. Sales Consultant's revenue will be generated primarily from outbound phone calls. These calls will be supplemented with email marketing, face-to-face presentations and in-arena/stadium tours, if applicable. Day-to-day leadership and mentoring of this position will be provided by Playfly Aspire Leadership. Sales Consultants will receive the tools, programs, and systems necessary to "BE GREAT."

What You'll Accomplish

  • Meet or exceed sales goals while exceeding client expectations and providing superior customer service
  • Increase sales portfolio and new attract business leads
  • Sell sports/entertainment tickets to clients on behalf of Client Partners & Playfly Aspire
  • Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within the ticketing database
  • Provide superior customer service to all existing and potential clientele
  • Accountable for certain levels of outbound sales activity (executed/scheduled) and daily goals as directed by manager
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual proficiency required: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Ticket sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Previous customer service or retail sales experience a plus; display a genuine desire to help people
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative
  • Ability to encourage collaboration, flexibility, equity and inclusion that enables colleagues to contribute to their full potential, feel valued, and supported

Travel, Lifting, Physical Requirements

  • Willing to relocate
  • Availability to work outside typical office hours including nights and weekends as requested
  • The work is sedentary in nature
  • Walking, standing, bending and carrying of light office items may be required
  • The work is typically performed in an adequately lighted and climate-controlled office environment
  • May require occasional travel, less than 5%
