- As a Sales Lead at Plum, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. - You will be responsible for managing and forecasting your own sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets. - The role involves presenting Plum's services to CXOs and senior executives in client meetings, requiring excellent communication and presentation skills. - You will work closely with the marketing and pre-sales teams to improve the quality of the sales pipeline. - The job requires navigating through complex sales cycles with some of the most prestigious companies in India. - You will need to ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects throughout the sales process. - The role involves proactively sourcing new leads and business opportunities, supported by the sales development and marketing functions. - Researching accounts to understand their needs and enabling effective follow-up will be part of your responsibilities. - You will need to become an expert in insurance, CRM systems, and Plum's product suite to effectively sell the service.

- You should have at least 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-growing BFSI/SaaS startup or consulting environment. - A proven track record of exceeding sales targets is essential, indicating your ability to thrive in a competitive market. - You must be capable of managing and forecasting a sales pipeline independently. - Strong presentation skills are required to effectively communicate with CXOs and senior executives during client meetings. - You should be proactive in sourcing new leads and business opportunities, collaborating with sales development and marketing teams. - An understanding of accounts to facilitate effective follow-up and generate interest is crucial. - You need to become an expert in insurance, CRM systems, and the product suite offered by Plum. - A high degree of coachability and excellent listening skills are necessary for success in this role. - You must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and adept at continually re-prioritizing tasks to keep up with rapid growth.
