✨ About The Role
- Enhance and accelerate the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy through analytics within the Sales Operations domain
- Develop operational rigor, document key processes, and craft visualizations using BI tools
- Evaluate and streamline sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Generate regular reports on key sales metrics and provide insights to management
- Partner with Business Applications and Data Science teams to optimize the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
âš¡ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, or a related field with at least 3 years of professional experience in data modeling and Salesforce
- Strong drive to organize and document data in a reproducible manner
- Ability to understand business logic for structuring data and overcome technical limitations
- Experience in designing and implementing sales reporting through Snowflake and dbt is a plus
- Skilled in developing and executing database queries and conducting analyses
