- The Senior Sales Operations and Strategy Analyst will focus on enhancing and accelerating the go-to-market (GTM) strategy through analytics within the Sales Strategy & Operations domain. - Responsibilities include developing operational rigor, documenting key processes, and crafting visualizations using the BI tool, Sigma. - The role involves conducting insightful ad hoc analyses to support and optimize sales performance. - The analyst will partner broadly across GTM functions and leverage analytical expertise to translate business needs into actionable insights. - Mentoring and training team members will be part of the responsibilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the Revenue Operations and Analytics community. - The candidate will evaluate and streamline sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, working closely with sales and operations teams. - They will also program manage key GTM initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop scope and manage deliverables. - Documenting sales processes, procedures, and best practices will ensure consistency and scalability across the sales organization.

- The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind with a proven ability to strategize and implement strategic programs from ideation to launch. - A data-driven mindset is essential, along with the ability to connect the dots and solve complex problems effectively. - Comfort with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and potentially SQL is necessary for success in this role. - Experience with Salesforce is a plus, indicating familiarity with CRM systems and their optimization. - The candidate should possess a love for process design and optimization, demonstrating curiosity about how things work and a high attentiveness to detail. - A background of 2-3 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or revenue/business operations, preferably in the SaaS industry, is required.
