- The Senior Sales Operations and Strategy Analyst will focus on enhancing and accelerating the go-to-market (GTM) strategy through analytics within the Sales Strategy & Operations domain.

- Mentoring and training team members will be part of the responsibilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the Revenue Operations and Analytics community.
- The candidate will evaluate and streamline sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, working closely with sales and operations teams.
- They will also program manage key GTM initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop scope and manage deliverables.
- Documenting sales processes, procedures, and best practices will ensure consistency and scalability across the sales organization.
