Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with tire selection and service recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions and process payments accurately.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock management.
• Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries effectively.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize point-of-sale systems to track sales and customer data.
• Promote special offers and upsell additional services.
• Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of tires and automotive services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and computers.
