- Identify potential clients and target markets through market research and collaboration with the Sales Development team
- Develop and execute strategies to capture new business prospects and expand the customer base
- Lead the sales process from needs analysis to successful deal closure, including conducting impactful sales presentations and negotiating contracts
- Maintain detailed documentation of account milestones, opportunities, and sales projections within the Salesforce platform
- Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on client feedback and market trends

- Experienced in B2B sales roles with a focus on SaaS software solutions, ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Results-oriented individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel occasionally for business needs, up to 10% of the time
- Deep understanding of the modern manufacturing ecosystem and the ability to construct compelling business cases for software solutions
