- As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be pivotal in ensuring new customer-facing employees are effectively integrated and empowered to succeed at Poka.
- Your role will encompass direct collaboration with various departments to design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs.
- You will lead the onboarding process for new customer-facing employees focusing on training and enablement.
- The position involves developing comprehensive onboarding and continuous enablement programs tailored to different roles and departments.
- You will provide coaching on sales methodologies, soft skills training, sales tools, and processes through the development of milestone activities.
- Conducting engaging training sessions to educate new hires and existing employees on platform functionalities and best practices will be part of your responsibilities.
- You will collaborate with IFS on training content, events, and tools needed for successful onboarding and selling for Cross Sales reps, PreSales, and IFS Partners.
- The role requires partnering with sales management and cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and enhance the overall employee experience.
⚡ Requirements
- Proven experience in training, onboarding, or enablement roles within a SaaS or technology company, preferably in the manufacturing context.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools is a plus.
- Passion for employee development and creating positive learning experiences.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
