- As an Enterprise Account Executive at Poppulo, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by securing high-value opportunities with new enterprise accounts. - Your role involves researching, identifying, and targeting senior decision-makers within mid to large-level organizations in your assigned territory. - You will be responsible for initiating contact, conducting high-level conversations, and articulating Poppulo's business value proposition to potential clients. - You will demonstrate and communicate the Poppulo product offerings, guiding prospects through the sales funnel to a successful close. - You are expected to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified new-business revenue opportunities with significant recurring revenue value. - You will meet activity metrics for calls, lead follow-ups, demos completed, and opportunities created, all while managing information accurately within Salesforce. - Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly bookings targets is a key measure of success in this role. - You will work closely with the team and across wider functions within the organization to foster strong working relationships. - The position offers a competitive salary, performance-related bonuses, medical insurance, flexible working hours, educational assistance, and in-house soft skills training as part of the total compensation package.

⚡ Requirements

- You are a seasoned sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically targeting large enterprise organizations with 10,000 or more employees. - You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas. - You possess strong skills in territory management, pipeline creation, sales funnel management, and deal management. - You have a relevant third-level qualification, which underpins your understanding of the business and sales processes. - You are adept at selling to Director and VP-level executives during your sales cycle. - Your organizational, presentation, and communication skills are exceptional, both verbally and in writing. - You are a collaborative team player who can build effective internal relationships and leverage resources for success. - You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing sales environment, demonstrating strategic thinking and excellent tactical execution. - You likely have experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and are proficient in using prospecting and research tools such as SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
