✨ About The Role
- Responsible for inbound and outbound sales prospecting, initiating follow-up and first outreach with potential customers
- Conduct cold calls, follow up via email, and use social selling to help book meetings
- Expand customer base by using prospecting strategies and technology to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams
- Develop a deep understanding of buyer personas and target market needs

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in an inbound or outbound-focused Business Development Representative role, Sales Account Executive, or similar
- Strong experience and comfort with cold-selling via email and telephone
- Demonstrated success in reaching monthly and quarterly targets
- Third level qualification in a related discipline
- Strong work ethic and a 'Can Do' attitude along with a self-starter mentality
