What Will Your Day To Day Look Like?

• Elaboration and management of spare parts sales offers and orders in accordance with customer requirements.
• Follow up on offers to ensure the highest percentage of conversion to orders.
• Supervise the correct management of spare parts procurement and availability to the customer in time and form.
• Carry out joint improvement actions to ensure the correct customer service from all areas of the company involved.
• Be in constant contact with customers, by email, call or meetings in order to satisfy the needs of the customer sale and the model of excellence of Power Electronics in terms of customer service.
• Maintenance of data oriented to the spare parts activity such as price update, catalog reference update, customer information.
• Provide support in the resolution of doubts, incidents or additional information, to internal departments and delegations, as well as to customers.

What Do We Need You To Have?

• Professional Training in Higher Grade or University Degree, preferably in Administration and Business Management, International Trade or similar.
• Desirable specialized training in international trade or similar.
• English (B2). Desirable English (C1). Desirable another language at an intermediate level.
