Allround Medewerker Sales Support – Front Office

Are you customer-oriented, accurate, and do you feel at home in a dynamic commercial environment? Then this role as an Allround Medewerker Sales Support – Front Office at PPG might be for you!

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the entire customer service process: from order processing to invoicing, and from customer contact to data management. You will work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Logistics, and actively contribute to improving processes and customer satisfaction.

Tasks include:

• Processing and following up on orders, delivery complaints, and commercial correspondence (B2B & B2C).
• Supporting bonus agreements, price management, and project administration.
• Performing quality checks and following up on team activities.
• Guiding back-office processes and supporting colleague training.
• Managing and enriching customer data in various systems.
• Ensuring compliance with Export Compliance and SOX procedures.
• Answering standard and complex customer inquiries, both internal and external.
• Identifying improvement points and referring to the appropriate departments.
• Maintaining contact with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting audits and documentation management.
• Contributing to various projects affecting Customer Service.

Qualifications include:

• MBO work and thinking level.
• Experience in a commercial or customer service role is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Knowledge of data management and administrative processes.
• Team player with an eye for quality and detail.
• Basic knowledge of compliance and audit processes is a plus.
