Senior Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales of packaging coatings. And report to General Manager, Asia Pacific, Packaging coatings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define business strategy for segments, in line with SBU strategy and implement it.
  • Identify new customer opportunities in various segments of the Packaging Coatings market.
  • Drive pipeline conversion by working with internal and external stakeholders/teams. Align internal teams to deliver solutions to the customers
  • Identify and implement necessary marketing initiatives for business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with SBU team and functional stakeholders like Segment Managers, Business Development, Marketing, Product Management, Technical and Technical Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc as needed to communicate customer expectations and report progress activities on business improvement initiatives and get the right level of technical and product support to achieve planned business results.
  • Provide sales input to support the annual financial plan (budget) and sales forecasts with responsibility for sales volume / value and profit contribution

Qualifications

  • More than 10 years of industrial and/or technical sales experience, in the paints/coatings/chemicals/oil/lubricants industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Good reporting skills to key stakeholders to top management, functional teams and to both internal and external customers. | High result orientation and without excuses
  • Possesses leadership and ability to thrive in both short and long sales cycle environment
  • To lead the creation of an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
