Sales Representative

You will develop sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. You will build strong relationships with key customers, including body shops, automotive repair centers and dealerships You will report directly to National Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop territory-specific sales plans and adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and arranging technical support.
  • Stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and industry trends in automotive refinish.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Work with other sales team members, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
  • Manage territory sales budget, including travel, promotional activities, and customer incentives.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree Business, or any relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales
  • Experience in either Automotive, Paint and Coating, Chemical industry would be an added advantage
  • Experienced in ERP system ie Oracle/SAP. Exposure to SalesForce would be added advantage
  • Good Negotiation, sales, communication, business planning, presentations skills.
