Purpose

With great attention to detail and deep knowledge of the DNA of Prada Group and Marchesi 1824, be able to offer impeccable hospitality to customers by taking care of the sale of fresh and packaged products.

This figure will represent the first point of contact for guests, ensuring that every phase of their experience is characterized by excellence and tailor-made experience in line with the standards of the Prada Group and Marchesi 1824.

Responsibilities

• Accompaniment and Client Journey: Ensure an empathetic and professional welcome, accompanying the customer throughout the experience, ensuring that every phase of the service reflects the standards of the Prada Group and that the customer feels part of a unique and carefully curated experience.
• Knowledge of the Brand and Context: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the history, culture, and DNA of Marchesi 1824, to convey this information to guests through engaging storytelling.
• Food Experience: Possess a thorough understanding of the products, their characteristics, in order to assist and advise customers, responding comprehensively and making proposals. Constantly updated on product news and general sales performance, knows the luxury and restaurant sector.
• Personalization and Attention to Detail: Identify the specific needs of each customer, ensuring a personalized approach that promptly responds to special requests, preferences or needs, always maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Management of Waiting: Ensure that customer needs are anticipated, keeping them comfortable with continuous attention and conversations that value the cultural and gastronomic experience offered by the Foundation and the restaurant.
• Administrative Activities: Constantly checks the freshness and integrity of products and ensures that the department is always stocked, clean, and in perfect order. Also compiles daily inventory reports and monitors warehouse product availability and checks expiration dates.
• Sales Activities: Ensures efficiency and maximization of sales through useful product proposals for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

Necessary consolidated experience in the role in luxury dining or high-level hospitality contexts.

Passion and interest in the food sector.

Excellent communication and relational skills, with a natural customer orientation and attention to detail.

Ability to manage dynamic and complex situations while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.

Good organizational and time-management skills to handle reservations and customer flow.

Respect for the grooming guidelines required by the context.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and availability to participate in special events and initiatives.

Knowledge of the English language.
