Inside Sales Manager

Principal responsibility is to manage sales and contractual commitments of the existing, potential new customers and grow sales revenue and EBIT as defined by Director of Sales Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet daily, weekly, and quarterly sales and EBIT bookings targets.
  • Manage and maximize revenue, EBIT, and share within the structure of the operations and commercial team.
  • Maintain and analyze essential metrics and necessary information to monitor the health of the contracts and non-contract business. Provide feedback to Seniors on performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to recover or improve TIMET performance in line with Contract and non-contract requirements.
  • Prioritize Technical Support projects.
  • Participate in negotiation of major agreements and amendments to the Contracts.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships at the highest level to support key accounts as well as TIMET business growth strategies.
  • Coordinate and interact with other TIMET divisions including Operations, Q&T, Logistics, Finance in North American and Europe to develop the business proposition.
  • Manage inside sales team.
  • Set goals and objectives with inside and outside sales reps.
  • Direct sales people to meet weekly customer visits while penetrating each account to the highest level.
  • Travel requirement is 15%.
  • 3 to 10 years of aerospace technical sales and or marketing experience.
