The Regional Sales Manager opportunity may be remotely based within the USA, with the understanding and agreement that the employee travels into the Cannon-Muskegon plant (in West Michigan) as required. Being onsite in Muskegon will be required for orientation and the onboarding/training process, and travel to Muskegon, Michigan (and other locations in general) will be required as needed for Customer engagement.
Principal responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager is to manage Sales and contractual commitments of both the existing & potential new customers and grow sales revenue as defined by Director of Sales Americas.
Experience in contract management or negotiation
3-10 years of Aerospace technical sales and/or marketing experience.
Candidate should have worked for or worked with major Aerospace customers dealing at the senior levels.
Ideally an Engineering or technical education (preferred)
The ideal candidate for the role of Regional Sales Manager will possess a balanced mix of sales and account management skills
