As a Senior Sales Compensation Consultant, you will design, administer, and implement compensation and performance review programs that attract, retain, and motivate our employees. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Division, partnering with Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team members to deliver competitive compensation plans and programs. Your expertise will play an important role in our company's growth and transformation.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Salary Range: $95,600.00 - $162,500.00
National Plus Salary Range: $109,000.00 - $185,300.00
*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
