Sales Representative Garmin

We are seeking a Tech-Assisted Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines customer-facing sales expertise with technology-driven tools to deliver a personalized buying experience. You will leverage digital platforms, virtual consultations, and in-person engagements to connect customers with the Garmin products that best meet their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales of Garmin products across multiple categories (fitness, outdoor, automotive, marine, and aviation) through both in-person and tech-assisted channels.
  • Use digital tools (video consultations, online demos, CRM systems, and mobile apps) to engage with customers and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional product knowledge and technical demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and real-world applications of Garmin devices.
  • Support customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry through post-purchase setup and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail partners to maximize exposure of Garmin products, promotions, and events.
  • Collect and report customer feedback, sales trends, and competitive insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on Garmin product launches, software updates, and industry trends to provide expert guidance.

Qualifications include:

  • Marketing, Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles, ideally within consumer electronics, outdoor gear, or technology.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and explain new products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across in-person, phone, and digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
  • Passion for Garmin's mission and product categories (fitness, outdoor adventure, aviation, marine, automotive).
  • Comfortable working with virtual sales tools, and mobile apps.
