Currently, our team is looking for strong support in the Sales & Operations department. You will be part of a dynamic company and have the opportunity to expand your skills in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support in acquiring new business customers and maintaining existing customer relationships
• Conduct market analyses and identify potential target customers
• Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Create and present our offers
• Organize and lead sales meetings
• Support in daily operations and administrative tasks

Qualification

• Ideally, you have a completed degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing. Alternatively, you have a comparable education with relevant work experience.
• You have an interest in the sales sector. First practical experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
• You bring communication skills and negotiation skills in German (and English) with you.
• You are a true team player and complete your tasks independently, reliably, and responsibly.
• You are characterized above all by your hands-on mentality, your solution-oriented approach, and your high level of motivation.
