Account Manager/Sales Representative

Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Salary: $60,000+ plus commission/bonus- 1st year potential $130K

Location: Rockaway, NJ

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Our client is a pioneer in Unified Building Solutions, specializing in AI-driven Cloud Video, Access Control, Security, and HVAC Sensor Controls. This is a foundational position with a company serving commercial clients across over 40 states.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Manage existing commercial accounts and source new business at the C-Level, Owner, and Facility Management levels.
  • Consultative Sales: Present smart modern systems to schools, municipalities, retail, and energy plants.
  • Strategy: Implement marketing strategies to secure new business (leads provided, but hunting is required).
  • Client Engagement: Maintain high levels of detail and follow-up to close business in the Tri-state area and nationally.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or Technology Sales. A current book of commercial business is a huge plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace. Ability to learn technical product details quickly.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree or relevant Vocational/Sales certification required.
  • Logistics: Valid Driver's License and vehicle required (expense plan provided).
  • Attributes: Highly organized, "Can Do" attitude, and analytical.
