PrideStaff is seeking an Inside Sales Rep for a well-known leading provider of plumbing-specific products/services located in Romeoville, Illinois. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure smooth and positive customer experiences.

Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000

Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting customers and other departments by providing timely communication, accurate information, and proactive follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product information, availability details, and order status updates
• Coordinate internally to ensure customer needs are handled accurately and efficiently
• Assist outside sales representatives with account support and communication
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding timelines and expectations
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Support overall office operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to foster long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• MUST have experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Experience in plumbing, heating, cooling, fire protection or municipal markets is a plus
