Sales Representative – Las Vegas, NV (Commercial Flooring Solutions)

Position Summary

Join a rapidly growing sales team in a newly created role for West Coast sales operations. As the Las Vegas-based Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of the company's regional expansion—targeting commercial clients, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and building relationships within the flooring industry and beyond. This position is crucial in establishing company's brand in new territories while delivering aggressive quarterly growth targets. Your success will be measured by meeting/exceeding defined KPIs and achieving quarterly sales goals in your first year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on both company-provided and self-generated leads
  • Build and nurture relationships with key contacts in the commercial flooring industry throughout the Western Territory
  • Develop and execute local/regional sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Represent Company at local and regional trade shows and industry events
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and expertise
  • Responsible for meeting sales quotas and contributing to territory expansion initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records via CRM (Odoo experience a plus)

Qualifications (Absolute Must-Haves)

  • 3-5 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proven self-starter with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively

Nice-to-Haves

  • Direct sales experience in flooring or building materials industries preferred
  • Exposure to Odoo or similar CRM platforms

Reporting and Management

The role reports to the National Sales Manager, who manages with a collaborative and results-oriented approach. The team structure includes both East and West Coast representatives, all reporting directly to the National Sales Manager.

Work Arrangement and Flexibility

  • Hybrid field/onsite role: One day per week in the warehouse/office, remainder split between fieldwork and phone sales
  • Frequent travel required (mostly throughout Nevada and surrounding states)
  • Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Occasional overtime and weekend trade shows as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
