Position Summary
Join a rapidly growing sales team in a newly created role for West Coast sales operations. As the Las Vegas-based Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of the company's regional expansion—targeting commercial clients, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and building relationships within the flooring industry and beyond. This position is crucial in establishing company's brand in new territories while delivering aggressive quarterly growth targets. Your success will be measured by meeting/exceeding defined KPIs and achieving quarterly sales goals in your first year.
