Fully Remote Sales Tax Analyst
Our client is looking for a fully remote Sales Tax Analyst to join their team! Although this role is remote you must be located in New Jersey! HRS: 40hrs a week PAY: $33hr
Responsibilities:
- Prepares sales/use, business license, and other indirect tax returns.
- Tracks returns and payments to ensure due dates are met by filing and paying timely.
- Prepares account reconciliations and payment requests.
- Gathers necessary documentation from internal resources to complete applications and returns.
- Assists with indirect tax audits.
- Performs tax research including licensing requirements, tax rates, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2 years experience in sales and use taxes or business licenses preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Experience with sales tax and ECM preferred
