Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to manage the New Mexico/Arizona territory. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, relationship building, and administrative excellence. You will be held accountable for the financial performance of all assigned accounts, driving market share increase, and overall territory sales growth. This position may require significant overnight travel.
Education: Four-year degree, preferably in a job-related discipline.
Experience: Minimum two years of experience in sales.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Fire Suppression industry is required.
Adaptability: Ability and willingness to learn all aspects of the fire protection industry as well as the Company's products and services.
Personal Traits: Assertive personality and dedication to constant self-improvement a must.
Skills: Demonstration of excellent written and oral communication skills, including computer competence.
