At P&G Health Care, we are looking for a passionate Medical Sales Representative who is eager to drive our brands and make a positive impact on patients, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies. Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person visits to physicians and pharmacies in Quetzaltenango and travel to Huehuetenango, Totonicapán, and San Marcos.
  • Review monthly data on physicians' prescribing behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Deliver scientific and strategic information to healthcare professionals to increase the prescription share of the assigned portfolio.
  • Ensure execution of Brand Plans and micro-marketing activities with key physicians and pharmacies.
  • Generate demand, drive prescription growth for promoted products, and report activities through digital tools (e.g., Veeva).
  • Participate in medical congresses, training programs, and educational events to stay updated and strengthen relationships with opinion leaders.
  • Monitor competitor actions and share insights with marketing and leadership teams to optimize strategy.
  • Comply with pharmacovigilance guidelines by reporting any adverse events within 24 hours.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Medical Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in medical sales or similar roles.
  • Strong familiarity with the regions of Quetzaltenango, Huehuetenango, Totonicapán, and San Marcos.
  • Proven track record in managing physician relationships, developing partnerships, and negotiation.

Other Requirements:

  • Own vehicle and availability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and strong results orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Immediate availability.
