Non managerial position. Start date: As soon as possible. Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León. Work schedule: Flexible working hours. Profile: Preferentially Engineering, Business Administration, Actuary degree.

Job Description: Key responsibilities:

• Utilize data analytics, including the use of Power BI, Excel, Powerpoint, Office, Knime, JDA software and other data tools, to collect, process, and analyze sales data, identifying market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Generate advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI to provide actionable insights to the sales team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead data-driven discussions to enhance sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
• Create predictive models to support sales forecasting and planning.
• Empower the sales team with data insights, providing guidance on market trends and opportunities.
• Act as a leader in data-driven decision-making, influencing sales strategies and direction.

Job Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

• Mastery of Power BI and Excel
• Familiarity with JDA Software and Knime
• Experience with data visualization software.
