Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at PSci.AI, you will lead a team of three or more Account Executives to achieve ambitious growth goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Building, mentoring, and managing a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed quota.
  2. Developing and executing territory and account strategies to drive revenue growth.
  3. Coaching Account Executives on pipeline development, sales methodology, and deal execution.
  4. Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to align sales strategies with market opportunities.
  5. Forecasting sales performance and delivering regular updates to leadership.
  6. Cultivating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer success.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales, including 2+ years in a management or team lead role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams that consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, and other sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in SaaS sales with a focus on government contractors or regulated industries.
  • Ability to work remotely, must be based in Reston, VA area.
  • A collaborative and motivating leadership style.

Education:

No specific educational qualifications required. Emphasis on relevant leadership and software sales experience.
