- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of healthcare experience, particularly in health plans or third-party administrators (TPAs).
- A strong background in health plan delivery is preferred, with experience working directly in a plan or servicing a plan.
- The candidate should have demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts and projects, focusing on scale and growth.
- Proven ability to build a robust pipeline of opportunities and successfully close deals is essential.
- The candidate must possess strong healthcare acumen and knowledge of employer benefits and the health plan landscape.
