As a Sales Development Representative at project44, you will be responsible for driving new logo growth with project44. You'll partner directly with our account executives to find new areas for growth within our Enterprise & Strategic segments across North America. You'll own Inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting within your account set. Driving deals into and through the sales funnel by setting up sales qualified appointments. You are held accountable for daily activity and call metrics along with quarterly quotas. You are a passionate and well-organized sales development representative with experience in selling enterprise software (SaaS). You have a high motor, self-starter mindset, with the grit and tenacity required to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a key member of our GTM team, focused on new logo acquisition.
  • Respond to requests from inbound leads in a timely manner & conduct qualification calls.
  • Utilize GTM Tech stack to research accounts, identify key contacts & reach out to prospective customers to book qualified meetings.
  • Collaborate & iterate on sales messaging.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in demand gen or cold call sales in enterprise software, SaaS or logistics.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: German, French, or Dutch.
  • Competitive nature - Eager to learn and win.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce.com and SalesLoft a plus.
  • Experience using AI for outbound messaging, pre-call planning, opportunity identification, and objection handling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, and excellent listening skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or logistics is a plus.
