Sales Development Representative (SDR)

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone.

Our client is a U.S.-based staffing and recruiting firm that partners with U.S. companies to hire professional and executive talent. They support business growth through high-quality outbound efforts, strong data discipline, and close collaboration between Business Development and Account Management teams.

Location: Fully-Remote | Pacific Time preferred (flexible to Mountain or Central Time)

Role Overview: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will support the Business Development and Account Management teams by generating qualified sales meetings through research, CRM data management, and personalized outbound outreach. This is a hands-on execution role focused on accuracy, speed, and clear written communication, with an emphasis on maintaining high-quality HubSpot data and routing opportunities efficiently.

Research & List Building

  • Research the ideal customer profile (ICP) and identify target U.S. companies
  • Identify key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR/talent leaders, department heads, and executives
  • Monitor high-intent signals such as active job postings, funding events, and office expansions
  • Build segmented outreach lists tagged by industry, geography, role type, and other relevant attributes

HubSpot Data Creation & CRM Hygiene

  • Collect and verify contact data using approved Chrome extensions and tools
  • Add and format contacts correctly in HubSpot, ensuring no duplicates
  • Enrich records using approved tools and workflows, including U.S. Phone Book when applicable
  • Maintain clean CRM data through consistent tagging, deduplication, and field cleanup
  • Create saved views and filters to support follow-up and pipeline visibility

Outreach Messaging & Campaign Support

  • Research targets and write personalized email and LinkedIn outreach for U.S. stakeholders
  • Customize approved templates and sequences to ensure messages feel specific and human
  • Support outbound campaigns for recruiting services and candidate marketing
  • Assist with basic outreach testing when requested

Lead Re-Discovery & Reactivation

  • Review existing HubSpot leads to identify reactivation opportunities
  • Surface leads based on new hiring signals or prior engagement
  • Assign tasks to Account Managers to ensure timely follow-up
  • Queue no-response or negative-response leads for re-sequencing as directed

Reply Management & Internal Coordination

  • Monitor inbound replies during assigned coverage hours
  • Route replies to the appropriate internal stakeholder in near real time
  • Label outcomes accurately using defined categories
  • Log replies, notes, and next steps in HubSpot

Booking Preparation & Meeting Support

  • Prepare pre-meeting summaries for scheduled sales calls
  • Share company context, stakeholders, outreach triggers, prior notes, and suggested talking points

Qualifications

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, SDR work, sales research, list building, or sales support
  • Experience researching U.S. companies and job titles

Skills

  • Strong written English with a clear, professional tone
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in CRM data accuracy
  • Comfort working in HubSpot and LinkedIn on a daily basis
  • Ability to follow structured processes and naming conventions
  • Strong independent work habits and ability to meet daily targets
  • Clear communication with internal stakeholders and willingness to ask questions early

  • Consistent addition of relevant, high-quality contacts
  • Outreach messaging that generates replies and sales meetings over time
  • Fast and reliable internal routing of inbound replies
  • Clean, trusted pipelines that Account Managers can act on immediately
  • Clear weekly reporting on output, results, and risks
