Sales Manager
Our client is a leader in performance automotive parts design, manufacturing, and e-commerce. Role Overview: As Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales department. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will build, train, and lead a high-performance sales team, establish systems and playbooks, and drive repeatable revenue growth. You'll be directly responsible for scaling outbound and inbound sales (B2C and B2B), managing SDRs/closers, and optimizing CRM workflows to support long-term success. Location: Full-time, (Remote), Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage a remote team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs).
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close to handoff.
- Build sales scripts, objection-handling guides, cadences, and onboarding playbooks.
- Optimize HubSpot CRM workflows, reporting, and deal stages.
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs (calls, deals, revenue, close rate, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align strategies and boost performance.
- Recruit, hire, and scale a winning sales team.
- Close deals directly while building a scalable sales engine.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
- Background in e-commerce, automotive aftermarket, or performance parts.
- Experience building sales teams and scaling revenue from $5M to $30M+.
- Strong skills in coaching, metrics, and hitting ambitious goals.
- Player-coach mindset: able to both lead and close deals.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar) and Shopify.
- Competitive, driven, and growth-oriented.
