This is a performance-driven role that combines leadership, tactical execution, and ownership of outcomes. You will manage the outbound sales team, ensure steady activity and high quality execution, and directly contribute to revenue growth by stepping in to close opportunities when needed. While your main focus will be leading outbound efforts however you will also handle inbound leads at times to make sure no opportunity is missed. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance strategy with hands-on execution, and is motivated by the chance to create visible impact in a short time frame.
