Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play an important role in helping identify new business opportunities and scaling our existing enterprise customer accounts. You'll build a great foundation of knowledge on our product offerings, use cases across different industry verticals, and contributing input on the internal sales process. You will also gain experience in qualifying and routing prospects to aligned business development managers. This experience will help you serve customers efficiently and support your future career development in Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and organize targeted omni-channel campaigns.
  • Generate qualified meetings for our business development managers through inbound leads and outbound lead generation.
  • Research target accounts, identify key players, and build interest in prominent market segments.
  • Work to develop and circulate best practices in a collaborative environment.

Must

  • Native/fluent English and Korean proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically in diverse situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter mentality and commitment to ongoing learning.
  • Collaborative team player with a drive for achievement.

Plus

  • Experience with Salesforce, Apollo.io and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Customer-facing Sales/Support/Service experience.
  • Exposure to or interest in design and prototyping tools.

Working Arrangements

  • Flexible working hours (Generally from 10 AM to 7 PM KST in HQ).
  • Full-time position (during the first 3 months—the probation period, the employee will receive 100% of their salary).
  • HQ: Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea
