Managing Digital Loan Sales

You will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of digital loan sales through Provident Financial Romania's online channel, ensuring that we achieve our budgeted volumes.

Here's what you will do:

1. Reporting and interpreting data from recurring analyses and presenting key insights to the management team.
2. Ensuring data accuracy for reporting, recording, and implementing sales-related information and processes.
3. Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support sales initiatives proposed by the Digital Channel Manager or Process Development Specialist.
4. Recommending process improvements to the Digital Channel Manager or Process Development Specialist by providing insights into process efficiency and alignment with budgeted volumes.
5. Analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to support business decision-making and enhance the overall digital sales flow, with a focus on sales optimization within the digital channel.
6. Utilizing virtual machines to extract data and generate reports efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has a good understanding of sales projects and digital implementation.
• Understands sales processes and how they support business growth.
• Brings experience working in digital environments and adapting to different contexts.
• Has experience coordinating complex tasks and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Understands the basics of customer purchasing behavior and decision-making.
• Is proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
