As the Sales Manager for our Slicing Business Unit, you'll play a critical leadership role in driving profitable growth across the North America region. This is a people management position where you'll coach, mentor, and lead a team of Account Managers and Product Specialists to exceed targets and strengthen customer relationships. You'll bring strategic vision, lead with purpose, and create a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and customer focus. In addition to managing the team, you will also be directly responsible for a few key accounts.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a regional team of Account Managers and Product Specialists providing daily oversight, coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
- Embed a high-performance sales culture by integrating the Sandler selling methodology into daily routines, ensuring consistent, value-driven customer interactions.
- Travel up to 50% with your team to build relationships with key customers, model best practices, and reinforce team alignment.
- Build relationships and growth-oriented programs with assigned Key Accounts in the region following a Key Account strategy and plan.
- Leverage available resources and team members as required to execute Key Account plans.
- Lead team to generate revenue growth in target alternative markets within the assigned region to expand customer base and market penetration.
- Submit periodic reports detailing sales activities, forecasts and expenses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Service, Engineering, Operations, and Product Development to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through installation and beyond.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of commercial experience, ideally in sales environments.
- 3+ years of people management experience, preferably leading sales teams.
- Background in the food industry or long-cycle product sales is a strong plus.
