Apprenticeship - Group Sales Specialist Admin

Responsibilities

• Consolidate weekly sales tracker update from Corporate Business Sales
• Provide proposal translation for Sales
• Liasing with Legal Team for reviewing NDA if any tender
• Preparing correspondence related to the tender
• Preparing Premium Notification Letter and any administration correspondence for Sales
• Preparing and Updating Mechandise Request from CB Sales
• Liasing with Sales Head to create Flyer Closer of the Day for every case
• AdHoc: Update PRUWorks clients' information on LOB and Brand name

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate or Final-year student, in any major (business administration is more preferred)
• Team player and helpful, detail person and willing to do extra mile
• Strong business ethics
• MS Office (excel, word and PPT)
• Proficient in English esp. in writing
• Willing to do hybrid arrangements: WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
• Committed to join for 6 months internship
