This role is responsible for the day-to-day planning, administration, and execution of Bancassurance incentive programs. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and bank partners to implement incentive schemes, monitoring incentive spending and compliance, preparing and delivering sales and performance reports, managing incentive communications, and ensuring timely execution of contests, payments, promotions, and trips. The role also supports ongoing analysis of program results and provides practical recommendations for operational improvements.
